Finally settling down in Broomfield, CO, after retiring and moving from Maryland. Can anyone help me find a source for black powder and a place to shoot long guns to include muzzle loaders, WWI and WWII bolt actions and semi-autos and handguns?
Thank you in advance.

Boulder Rifle club north of Boulder Colorado you could try. Manitou Springs has a shop that sells black powder, It maybe called the Mountain Man or some thing like that. Sorry for being vague but I’ve been to these places but it’s a bit south of my normal stomping grounds.

Colorado ML Assn shoots at Ft Lupton. May not fit the bolt gun/ pistol requires but a source of info and Some MLers to talk with.

The next shoot at the Fort Lupton club will be on August 10 starting at 9am. Website is flmlc dot org so you can get the address. This is a muzzleloader only range.

Used to buy BP at a gun shop on west Colfax in Denver when I lived there.

Used to go shoot on the Pawnee Grasslands east of Greeley.

Was a nice range north of the metro....longmont...loveland? Dont remember...

Bass Pro used to have it but I'd call ahead before making the trip. I order mine online.

Head to the Ft Lupton club on labor day weekend. The Colorado State Muzzle Loading Association will be holding the annual State Shoot. It's going to be a pretty good gathering and a good chance to make some contacts.

If you look me up on Saturday between noon and 6 pm I'll make it a point to have an extra pound powder on hand.

Ask anyone for Mike Lee and they'll find me. If you pm me your email address I can send you a brochure on the shoot. But, I'm leaving town at 5AM tomorrow so I might not be able to send it off till Wednesday next week.

Just remembered that I have a scan of it so this might be readable
