Well I joined a while back and have not been active as I got interested in new type guns. I have been using black powder for about 1980 seriously. Killed a bunch of game in Oregon with my there purchased new Lyman Great Plains rifle. Been shooting it ever since, Got a small problem though and thanks for You Tube I found how to remove the small burs caused from live powder in the bore for years. any way my name is Pete and proud to be again a happy Smoke Pole user again.

Welcome back, Pete. Where abouts in Oregon are you? I have a friend in Jordan Valley. We visited him 2 summers ago. Really loved that part of the Owyhee desert.
