any one out there making a good shooting bag, leather, with leather bound flap and brass ring suspension. adjustment buckle on strap. wood like dark color leather. some where around 75 yo 100 bucks. thanks Tom B,

The Leatherman should have what you’re looking for.

It might cost a “tad” more , depending on what your looking for.

Quality leather is not cheap.
Keep an eye on the Classified section here, sometimes you can find a good deal there as well.

Good Luck in your search.

...good shooting bag....some where around 75 yo 100 bucks.

Almost two separate thoughts without smo's suggestion to watch the ads. As he points out, leather isn't cheap with enough quality leather to make a bag probably nearing $30. Add in some hardware and the meter keeps running up. Consider that a good bag maker can run up 10-20 hours, and a $75 to $100 bag is asking him to work for somewhere between $2 and $3 and hour.

I'm not pointing that out to discourage you, but instead to encourage you to "cut the corner" on price by making your own. Figure on cutting your anticipated costs around 50% with your invested effort. Besides that, it's a whole lot of fun and there's immense pride in using your own rather than using your credit card. Lots of good guidance on the web and in books for doing it.

You can google leatherman, not the tool of course, he has a great website to see his work. Totw, dixie and others are carrying his work as well i believe.
