Have a beautiful Pedersoli Missouri River Hawken for sale or trade? It’s in excellent condition inside and out with the exception of a few handling marks on the stock. You’d not see them unless you were looking for them. Bore is mirror bright and the walnut stock has beautiful figure. Furniture has beautiful case color as well!

Is this the fast twist 1/24 barrel?

If that was the Rocky with the round ball barrel, I would buy it sight unseen. Can you confirm the twist.

It’s a 1:24 fast. Beautiful muzzleloader but just not my cup of tea. Don’t really want to break up my Hawken collection but don’t have no need for a conical barrel.

If this doesn’t sell here, or if no one comes up with a Harpers Ferry 1803, I’m thinking about pulling add and have Hoyte rebore to a .54 slow twist.

Wishful thinking.. Looks like enough meat on the barrel to take it up a size and rebore for round ball...

Yes, most definitely could have had it rebored. I got what I was looking for out of this listing and the new owner will be overjoyed when he lays his hands on this rifle. Everybody’ Happy!

I do own a Pedersoli Rocky Mountain Hawken along with several other custom built Hawken Rifle’s as well. I won’t miss this Missouri River Hawken so much, even though it’s a beautiful gun.

The fast twist barrel is just not my cup of tea!
