If you are talking about Iowa Black Powder Federation, which I think powder horn news is related to? I would guess a lack of interest in publishing the paper? Seems the people interested in this sport are getting older and fewer people interested. I have noticed at the Cherokee shoots we try to attend, not many young folks, the campers are less than there was a few years ago, some that participate use walkers to get around, it is good to see some interest yet though.
