This is the kind of man you want to deal with. Tells you up front that the barrel is not as nice as you might think by looking at the outside. I commend you sir for your integrity.
If I was after it I would purchase and have bored out to .54, then for a fair price would have an elk killing machine in excellent shape inside and out!
