I must have missed something. Originally the jag had leather discs in its construction. Now the use of wood is being discussed.
Or simple grooves cut around ones wiping rod, simple and effective with no dangles to loose, however kudos for ingenuity.
Any reason to get out to the shop and make something lol. After using the leather disc I think it’s gonna be hard to beat them. I should have taken a vid of it in use, maybe next time
