i'll agree with the overall consensus on this one … although 4F is theoretically faster, I think that for general use, one would do just as well with 3F. Having said that, however, I would urge you to try both and see what works best in your particular rifle.. additionally, the way you bank the powder and the amount of powder in the pan has a significant impact - so when you you do your tests, only change one variable at a time.
