Most women are into security, I know this to be true because every time I approach a woman in the bar the first thing they yell is "Security. ..Security!
Okay, all joking aside, when did we get away from displaying our favorite toys boys! Safes are nice and secure but give me an open gun rack or cabinet with glass doors every time!
I agree, use to keep my out in the open also, in till 3 friends of mine came home and all their guns, knifes, etc. were gone forever. And we live out in the country with little crime. Plus in this great, dumb blue state of Calif. if someone breaks into your home and takes your guns and use them in a killing you could be held accountable. Go figure.
I totally agree :metoo: but I display some of my BP long guns on my living room wall because I like to look at them. Everything else is lock up. I have a friend that does the same but he also has the house alarmed. The moral character of this country today is abysmal and you can see & hear it on the news every day :shake: . I had my car's information booklet stolen out of my car's glove compartment when the car was going through a car wash. They just wanted to steal something - anything - how sad that these people "need" to steal from others :idunno: :youcrazy: :td: .

ya, it seems that those same people sometimes are found invovled in a strange fatal accident.

The way you have everything displayed, it should be a soothing place to sit and have a drink. I think "ambiance" applies here.

That is a fine display.
But, security is a huge issue these days. Where I live is considered nice and safe. But, the druggies, mostly meth type, are everywhere. Nothing can be considered safe. Most of my guns are kept in a gun safe. It was one of the first things I bought after moving into this location.
