I have an L&R Queen Anne lock on my early Lancaster rifle that tg built. It is super reliable and a fast lock. I never have any trouble with it.
I sent it back to L&R one time because I had removed the frizzen spring for cleaning and lost the spring. Called them up to see if I could get the part and they said they would mount it for me for just the price of the part. Also said that would give them a chance to inspect the lock for any problems. I got the lock back a little over a week after I sent it to them and they included a note that said, "nice lock!" So I am more than happy to recommend them to you - good locks and good folks to deal with.
