For many years I made my annual visit to TOW to have them list one of my LRs on their consignment sales. Always dealt w/ Dave Ripplinger the owner and was always impressed w/ his knowledge and fairness.

When ordering I always ask if an item is in stock....I never back order. If in stock, the service is accurate and fast.

The "store" is not very impressive....out of the way, small, limited hours and the first time saw me drive by the "store" a few times before "finding it". TOW is in fact mainly "mail order and their excellent catalog reflects this.

TOW gets the majority of my orders and I no longer visit them seeing my builds are sold by me due to their excellent advertising of my first builds....Fred

I once ordered a couple bags of Minie balls from TOW. Must have been the dregs of the batch as they were dirty, beat up looking with many having damaged skits.

I emailed a few photos and they sent me two new bags right away. I offered to send back the original bags as a good percentage of the balls were shootable, but they said to just keep them.

Great service.
