    Lyman deerstalker quality

    My buddy just bought a deerstalker and I have to say it is a pos! I had one years ago and it was a great rifle but not anymore. Fit is terrible , stock is junk, and the frizzen would not spark at all. I changed the frizzen with an old one I had it worked great. Then they still use the old touch...

    Rice barrel. Home cast ball with Walmart pillow ticking patch. Tried three different lubes. Shenandoah valley lube, bore butter, track’s gun cleaner/lube. All shot the same.

    70gr 2f goex powder seems to be the sweet spot. Did not try too many combinations yet because I cannot see or shoot any better than what it’s doing now.
