    In fact if you go to Walmart ( cheapest source here and ask for it, they know what it is - it is basicly material for a pillow case ( tight waved , so feathers do not poke through...) At "my" walmart they have red striped one ( 0.016 inch) blue stripe ( 0.017) and off white (0.012).... right now...

    Powder Inc. sells Swiss, Goex and Diamond shipped for that price/volume. Grafs has a good price on Wano but you pay shipping and hazmat extra ( over $ 90 for 50 lb)

    Muzzle coning

    I have myself seen guns/ barrels which do not shoot well ( and no coning of barrel). I believe some barrels just do not shoot as well as others ( or shoot quite bad) and you can not really see the difference, looking at them.
