    'Tis true. Russian fish pie is called piroshki, and anywhere the Russians rubbed shoulders with the Natives, they still make it. Most are made like a regular pie, but some are more like a tart. They are delicious! In a piroshki you will find, salmon, egg, rice, onion... maybe carrots.

    fixing bad tang inletting

    I have found that Rit dye of brown and red, mixed appropriately with rubbing alcohol does well on beech. It sinks right in and then is easily finished.

    I haven't even busted a cap yet! I'll wait for milder weather (-12 here). My rifle is now done and I'm waiting for the next kit in the mail.

    I'm up here. Soldotna to be exact. I have been building a kit Kentucky rifle, which is about done. I'm a long-time gun guy and hunter, but new to BP. I will be taking my gun out for 1st firing next weekend if it warms up. Not thrilled about shooting in below zero weather!
