A Question About Selling a Handgun

I am getting tired of these posts and trying to correct ignorance when it comes to CA, I have even posted the CA attorney generals rules on black powder, which by the way is the same as the Feds and people still insist on posting this stupidity

A Question About Selling a Handgun

A Question About Selling a Handgun

Please before you give people advise on where not to ship try getting facts. Yes CA has a lot of ridiculous guns laws but as far as black powder firearms go CA has the same rules as the Feds, it is considered an antique and can be shipped to your door with no problems or restrictions. Those of...

    Shipping to Illinois?

Everyone keeps bringing up California in these discussions. I live in Cal. and I can tell you the laws here for unmentionables are ridiculous but when it comes to ML and black powder a different story. We are inline with federal regs for these, no ffl required. Over the last year and a half I...

What part of California and what range do you shoot at? I am in the Riverside area and do all my shooting at the Lytle creek range

Can anyone supply a list of states where a BP gun must go to an FFL holder?

As I said to another poster on this thread get your facts straight before posting bulls**t, I live in California and in the last year alone have had 3 black powder revolvers, 2 spare cylinders, percussion caps, lead balls, and powder all shipped to my home with no problems at all.

Where can we find percussion caps?

For everyone still looking Muzzle-Loaders.com still has CCI #11s in stock so they are out there
  15. S

How many caps do you use in a year ?

Depends on how often I make it to the range. I usually take 2 New Model Armys with 2 cylinders apiece, on a good day will put 6 cylinders per gun. Like I said depends on how often I make it but would have to say on average between 1 and 2000 a year. I can easily go through a tin each trip.
