    Lyman GPR front sight replacement question…

    I’ve replaced mine with TOW from sights for GPR. Because I always have to file them down quite a bit I bought the shorter one. Still had to file it down some. Changing out both front and rear sights is pretty simple to do with a small hammer and a brass punch.

    Looking for a replacement stock for a TC .45 RH percussion “Seneca”. Been shooting this thing for close to 50 years but the stock is starting to develop hairline cracks around the tang area and the lock bolt.

    Getting too many misfires

    I believe that the nipples for a Lyman are 6X.75mm but you can look at Track of the Wolf and others for that information. I always keep a spare for each of my percussion rifles.
