    I have purchased from them before. I find their prices are a little high but that is weighed against the fact that you can see pictures of the stock before buying and the dimensions and grain orientation is given. I have never had a problem with them delivering in a timely fashion.

    I have never had a bad experience with them. I have the underhammer action from them that works great. as well as two barrels. you will need to call them to see if things are in stock.

    put inletting black on the barrel. then put the screw in and tighten. take it apart and remove metal from where the bolt is contacting the barrel. lots of original guns had notches in the barrels to accommodate lock bolts.

    go slow when it comes to taking off metal. once you remove too much you have to go to the next flat. a good vise and wrench is nesisary to get things tight. and I put anti sieze on the threads. the plug is likely going to have be checked for fit a few times and once the gun is built if it ever...

    I don't have one. and I am a big fan of 32 and am constantly fighting the urge to bet a SMR. the 36 will be a tad lighter, buck the wind a little better. the only big advantage is if a person doesn't cast. the 36 can be fed with 000 Hornady buckshot. which would be cheaper than buying .310...

    you could anneal the brass and try to reshape it to give you a bit more room. you will likely have to refinish the part to remove any new tool marks you put in it.

    Bore/barrel size

    i don't have any numbers but I do know many rifles get built with the lugs soldered on because the swamped profile makes parts of the barrel to thin to have a dovetail.
