I'm 54 years old and have been a firearm collector since I was a teen. I am a member of NCOWS which is a CAS old west reenactor group. We dress in period clothes and gear and participate in shoots using period guns that are unmodified. We shoot for pleasure not for speed. I'm also a motorcycle guy. I own two Harley's and love to ride when the weather permits. Not too much into long distance riding, but around my city and to near by cities. I've dabbled in black powder shooting off and on over my life. I own a few cap and ball pistols, a CVA Hawkin's rifle (precussion cap .50 cal) and just received a Pedersoli Kentucky .45 Cal flintlock that I am more than eager to learn about and shoot. I'm joining this forum so I may learn more quickly and get more enjoyment out of this rifle and any others that I add to my collection.
