Retired. Took up black powder about 3 years ago. Continuing to learn and shoot cap and ball. Increasing my knowledge and joy in flintlocks. Would like to build a Kibler and other firearms (built a traditions blunder buss and traditions pistol). Not interested in shooting competitions or re-enacting. Would be interested in outing where there is just friends without the competition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Wife is enthusiastic about BP firearms and shotting as I am but has a bit less patience in cleaning and figuring out why the flint doesn't spark. Would like to get with other couples.
