    PayPal users beware

    Paypal has access to your debit cards ect.,etc. you purchase receipts, and collect all the data you can imagine. Besides they will almost never reverse a transaction when you ask. Paypal is not safe to use, I know O cancelled my account a couple of years ago. Talk to your bank contact person.

    Talk about all of the "stuff" you use for stock finish, I will keep on using my first good finish TruOil Beechwood Casey stock finish with Tung oil, works for me.

    OH Shoot! Just stick a couple of Depends Guards for men on a tee shirt under your old fashioned flannel or buckskin shirt, BTW stick one in your briefs just in case recoil or old age makes you pee your pants. Get them at Wally world or AMAZON!

    What does a longer barrel add to a rifle's ability that a shorter one gives up ?

    :doh:One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that if you had a long barrel and wanted a shorter barrel ,all you had to do was get a blacksmith to cut it oof, but if you had a short barrel and wanted a longer barrel. either order another long barrel rifle or you were just SOL.

    I also use 3-in- oil in the shop, I found a finish sander in the junk pile took it home plugged it in and it just hummed, cleaned out the mechanize with WD- 40 and then oiled it with 3-in- and it runs like a new one, BTW 3-in-1 is now owned by WD40 company.

    How Do I Get Rid of Old Percussion Caps?

    What is this guy's problem? He asks a xxxx xxx question, get's us licking our chops for some free caps, then put's them in a bucket of water. . . DUUHH I have Remington caps from the 1970s and they still make my CVA go BOOM even with 777. I am trying to use caps in the order I bought them.
