    I think im ready?

Was able to sneak back out to gun range this am. Ended up getting to 80gr of T7 and kept a good pattern. Chrono surprisingly worked in the cloudy weather and gave me a velocity of 1210fps the one shot I threw through it. I feel much better now. Lost a lil on the cylinder bore brrl, but the...

    I think im ready?

Next trip I'll try moving up in 5gr increments until pattern starts to suffer. Recoil isn't bad at all so far

    I think im ready?

There's a 15% equivalent equation to BP with T7. So my 65gr of T7 should in essence be performing like 75gr of real black powder.

    I think im ready?

Finally made it out to the range with the Pedersoli 10ga dbl this am after the crappy MN weather kept me indoors for a week longer than I wanted. Tried various loading including the Skychief. Ended up getting very solid patterns with 65gr ffg T7, 2 op cards, cork wad topped with another op card...

Looking for a wad punch for 10ga

I was able to fashion a punch that makes some .824" wads. I punched out a bunch of double thick cardboard wads to have as an option for an op card when go to the range. If they are the ticket I'll make more? Also thinking of punching out some cork?

Looking for a wad punch for 10ga

Looks like there's some conduit with a .824" inside diameter. That's closer than the .875" punch I'm looking at

Looking for a wad punch for 10ga

Looking for a wad punch for my 10ga Pedersoli fixed "choke" dbl brrl. 10ga bore should be .775"? I haven't mic'd it yet, but I can get a .875" (7/8") punch easy enough. That would put my wads .100" bigger than bore. I'm thinking of trying mainly cardboard of different thicknesses so the extra...

Shot safe for my Pedersoli 10ga SxS?

I discovered i have several pounds of Nickel Plated #5 1/2 shot. As I posted a few weeks back I'm going to start from scratch and do some serious pattern board testing for spring turkey with my 10ga SxS Pedersoli. Is this nickel plated shot safe for the chrome lined brrls of the Pedersoli...
