Christmas gift from my lovely wife!

This is probably not what you had in mind, but it started life as a Pedersoli Kentucky pistol.

    Pedersoli Kentucky Pistol Kit

I like the way you handled the muzzle end. Looks alot better than factory. This is a Pedersoli Kentucky pistol that I altered to look more like a pistol that might have found its way to rendeavous.

    Pedersoli Kentucky pistol.

This is a Pedersoli Kentucky Flintlock pistol that I modified to pair with a GPR that is heavily modified. A bit challenging doing the underrib, nosecap and entry thimble.

    Halfstock, Flintlock Hawkens??

I built two Lyman GPRs this past year. The first one in percussion which holds true to Lyman's design. The second one in flint which deviates from the standard GPR. Would a consigner have a rifle maker with a known style order something that deviated from that style? Perhaps if the price was right?

How accurate can patched round ball be?

Waaaay back to the Fall Shoot at Friendship, August of 1980, I entered the 25 yd Off-hand Flintlock match. The rifle was a Tennessee Poorboy style that I built a few weeks prior. It had a .36 cal Douglas barrel, open iron sights and a Siler lock. The trigger was pinned by a 4 penny finishing...

    Lyman Great Plains Rifle

These are two GPRs that I built during Covid. I modified both to suit my taste. The flintlock is the most radically changed. I wanted it to reflect a more traditional style, but built as a half-stock. Neither have been fired and will probably let them go in the future.

    Lyman GPR Kit

Here are two GPRs I did this past winter. The percussion follows traditional Hawken style while the flintlock is more representative of a Pennsylvania style

    CLOSED Lyman Great Plains Rifle

Did you send it about 11:00am asking about the .54 pistol? If so responded a little after 12 noon. The pistol has been sold.

    Show me your fowlers

A Ray Woodall Centermark Fusil de Chasse, circa 1990. Barrel shortened to 34 inches as a result of an "oops". I added some carvings and exchanged the triggerguard for a southern mountain style guard.
