    I can run 5 shots no problems in my Lyman flintlock rifle hawken made back in 1980. I see to run into my afterburn powder more like getting moisture damp looking also my Flint set off the 4f in the pan not getting threw to the main charge also more like a fuse effect fire. I just use a few drops...

    Any one have idea who will sell the newer style hammer on Lyman flintlock. I have a early 1980 Hawkins rifle in 50 cal.marked investarm. The stock hammer works but it will scrape the frizzen Midway. A few years back t/c did improve on there hammers to hit higher on the frizzen face.The t/c locks...

    Screw Size Lyman Hawkens

    I did install the Lyman Rear Peep Also used a taller front fiber optic sight for old eyes. Gun shot a great one hole group. The Lyman rear peep a little harder then Thompson center peep to install. All went well still looking for the filler screw size.

    I am installing a Lyman rear peep on a Early made investerarm Hawkens. The rear sight holes to be filled with small screws Antony know what size they are. I had a small bag of screws can't remember we're they are . Maybe home Depot will have what I need.
