    Flintlock muzzleloaders will rule again

LOL, "hopefully hunters have enough of a concept of conservation to know better than to wipe out entire populations of game animals, " if you think you can depend on this happening you are truly delusional. Too many wannabes, rednecks, "it's my land" idiots doing just the opposite today! There...

    Mr Bobby Hoyt

I am not sure why you would buy those barrels in the first place? Cheap price? Sometimes we are our own worst enemies. IMHO

    Mr Bobby Hoyt

That is NOT the Bobby Hoyt I dealt with. He was a true gentlemen, fair and honest. I called him to ask about my barrel, he told me he had already mailed it back to me with the bill, and to send him a check! That is exactly what i did! He did fine work at a fair price and was not concerned that...

The Colt has too many parts to juggle for me. Wedge, barrel, old cylinder, new cylinder..Oh my!! On my Rem 58's everything stays where it should, except the cylinder which comes in and out with no problem after I learned how to do it. :dunno:

I use the Mossberg Shockwave with Mini Buck #4. Holds a lot of them and at indoor ranges they are plenty powerful. The first 4 rds are mini's and then the rest are Buck n Ball specialty loads. They are nasty., .62 cal ball with 5, 00 buck! I live in the South so heavy clothing is rarely an...

LOL, I guess he does not hang around the docks in Liverpool or East End of London. England has more than its fair share of thugs, organized crime, gangs, and low life miscreants, especially since it went all PC and opened the doors to millions of immigrants.

New Uberti 1861 Navy from Midway. Buyer Beware!

I do not think y can make blanket all encompassing statements about what Midway does or does not do. For a company like Midway that carries over 100,000 items, you can guarantee that no one is doing an incoming QC check on each one. I purchased an 1858 Remington from Midway approx 3-4 weeks ago...
