• Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.

We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.

As of late 2006, I am new to the sport of muzzleloading. I began hunting as an adult, but have been an avid "outdoorsman" all my life, enjoying various activities such as flyfishing, backpacking, canoeing, skiing, and snowshoeing.

I became interested in muzzleloading as a way to extend the deer hunting season, but also as an expression of my interest in things from "simpler times". I own a Lyman percussion .54 GPR, but look forward to adding to my collection.
I live in the NW suburbs of Minneapolis (Plymouth).
