Barrel length - twist rate
Barrel length has nothing to do with spin rate. The diameter of the ball and sectional density is what determines how fast a projectile spins to remain stable. Of course, round balls have little sectional density, so they don't need to spin as fast as a conical. A PRB works best with deep...- David W.

.32 vs .36 caliber?
I lean toward a 36 because I can use 000 buck shot for balls, and also I can use a little larger ram rod.- David W.

For offhand shooting to you prefer single or double trigger
