I will contact Pedersoli and see what they say. I haven't shot the thing anywhere near enough to know how it performs. Any exactly right about looking down the bore. Once I got that Hawkeye borescope, I can never leave well enough alone.- Dave Doss

Flaking chrome
I've got a Pedersoli Tryron 54cal I built out of a kit some 25 years ago. I've shot it twice, and the round count is less than 20. I brought it out of the back of the safe, and had a look down the bore with the Hawkeye bore scope. (Wonderful gadget, that Hawkeye) And the chrome is flaking in...- Dave Doss
