I have only recently gotten into the "shooting sports", having long been interested, but never got around to it.
My muzzle loader is a reproduction 1763 Charleville .69 caliber flintlock musket that I bought years ago while in the Navy. It has been over my fireplace for years. Now I'm taking it down, cleaning it up, and getting it ready to shoot. I need to educate myself in black powder shooting/handling/safety first. That's why I'm joining this forum.
I have modern firearms as well; a seven shot .357 magnum revolver and an Underwood M1 carbine from WWII.
