    Armadillo

Oldwood, did you eat the muskrats? They are sold in restaurants as "marsh rabbit". It is a nice red meat. I prefer groundhog or squirrel.

    Hello from Smurf Carolina

In your area, try the Piedmont Muzzleloaders in Gray Court. They shoot on Thursday mornings and (I think) on the third Sunday. PM me and I might be able to dig up a contact.

    Mousetrap?

Here it is. I think it was for coyotes. Meat on the hook, try to pull the meat and the trigger is released.

    Mousetrap?

I have seen other trap guns, but not a mouse gun! I'll look for the one I saw at Devil's Tower.

SOLD Trade gun- Indian made but a nice shooter.

What load do you use in a 24 gauge - both for shot and roundball.

How you clean pan & frizzen?

None of you mentioned cleaning the flat bottom side of the frizzen. I have found that in humid conditions, that area can get really gummy and if left alone, will bring dampness to the prime.

    That one browning formula??

Felonius, do you neutralize with baking soda solution or ammonia after the treatment? That should stop it from continuing to rust.

Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery firarms.

It is difficult to believe, but that signature of Clark's was the only physical evidence of the expedition left by them.

    Bizarre looking target percussion pistol

I disagree with most of the above. It depends on what you want. It may be a great shooter. I have an inline ML made on a Crossman Air Pistol frame. It shoots really great. I cobbled up a much better handle for it and usta shoot really well with it. By the way, USTA died and I don't shoot...

    Gilbert SC Checking In

There are two clubs that shoot regularly in SC, one in Swansea and the other in Gray Court. Message me if you want the information.

My new antique Side by Side Flintlock

German Jager, don't forget about showing me a photo of the retaining sleeve that holds the barrels to the stock. I would really appreciate it.

My new antique Side by Side Flintlock

I didn't say, but this gun is about .56 caliber bore - about 24 gage.
