Fine powder in big bores causes vicious recoil. The payload is accelerated to quickly. For instance, in my 4-bore 350 gr 1F is not a recoil problem. 350 gr of 3F gave me a concussion.

In the video 180gn was used.
With finer granulations one uses less. That's the beauty of it.
The concussion was your own fault friend, sorry.
