Could this be fired easily from the left hand? I see there is a cheekpad for right handed.

YES, if it has no cast off. This throws the recoil into a left handed shooters cheek.
I am left eye dominant.
I have been shooting right handed flintlocks for 50 years and that is the only problem I have found'

As am I, right handed but left eye dominate I can shoot right handed but its unpleasant after a few minutes of eye strain, would this be a solid pass on the rifle then?

I'm not sure if you mean this gun has cast off or not and how that would effect me a left shooter.

The Emigs built a rifle for me last year. I doubt they could replace that rifle for you for the price you are asking. Between my Cabin Creek rifle and two other MLs I bought over the last year my wallet is too light, else I'd love to own your rifle.

If it has cast off it probable would be un pleasant to shoot. If it is straight stocked it would be fine. I have owned several left handed flint guns over the years, having shot right handed flint for so many years a left handed gun is awkward for me.
No cast off for a left handed shooter using a right handed flintlock

Oh well! Beautiful rifle and I would actually buy it instantly if it wasn't the case. I have a very long neck and arms so its already an uphill battle with normal full sized rifles without cast.

Did they build this rifle or just tune the lock? Flintleather
