I have recently become fascinated by the American Long rifle and have many questions.
I am retired but spent many years as a small arms instructors for our Uncle. I was also a sponsored skeet shooter.
However, I find myself entirely ignorant and curious about these weapons.
My local range allows black powder and the max distance is 100 meters. I hope to shoot the 8” head plates at that distance . I might participate in some matches in the distant future.
