....and R is for Wabbit.

Had a lovely time in the September sun this morning rabbit hunting.
The .45 made good smoke and 5 .36" balls raked a couple for me in short time.

Don't ask about the load, it's for the British folks that get their panties all mis aligned over legalities and such zzzzzz

Any way it was good to get out, hunt and scout with a wee smoke pole again. It's been to long.

Brit' very, very nice wabbits! Elmer Fudd would be proud of you.

Ladies and gentlemen of the Jury; Your Distinguished Honor; you have seated before you today the trembling figure of this poor girl, a victim of the nefarious plans of the Leporidae gang who, having led this suffering child into their venal and benighted chambers, colluded with a member of the Hatter family to drug her with that dangerous narcotic, C8H10N4O2, and then, leading her on a goose chase in her compromised mental state, brought her not only into the influence of a hookah smoking degenerate and a shady grinning member of the Felidae organization, but allowed her to be verbally abused and threatened with physical decapitation by a court official with dubious "red" connections, and other subjections and filthy details the victim can no longer recall, having been repeatedly exposed to enough narcotics to kill a seasoned taxicab driver... We believe you will agree with us that a charge of GUILTY is the only proper response to these felonious confederates, Thank You.

Lol.

sorry, gotta ask, why the load?
Oh no, someone asked.

Ok. I will keep it short as possible.

Two licenses in UK.
One for rifled guns and unrestricted magazine capacities for certain types of smooth bored.
Another for shotguns.
Restrictions on slugs and buck shot above .36".
All restrictions for the above loads as written in law revolve around description of breach loading cartridges.
Some say muzzleloaders are exempt and some say not.
Someone had the police whisper in my ear so anything on here and elsewhere is for the sad individual that thought he was being clever.
Oh and I could apply to shoot a ball from my smooth bored via my firearm licence but not for hunting!
Confused? Wish now you never asked?
Try living here! Jumping off a bridge is often tempting!
