It appears the bidding has ground to a halt. Top bid is 200.00 currently. Auction will end Wednesday July 24th. Thanks.

One of my ads was drawing a lot of non bidding chit chat. 3 pages worth in fact. If people were interested they should have bid. Not waited till the last day.

at first ya said bidding will be over july 31w...…..many people are waiting for that day.....right??
No kidding, besides that....is shipping included? This whole thing is a little flaky, and you are potentially cutting yourself out of a bit of money.

That being said, I'm interested, but this is no way to go about it. Internet sales are a large part trust, and flaky and trust don't exactly go together.

Realize, you want someone to send you money on the trust they will receive what they sent you money for. If you crawfish on the bid date, it doesn't exactly instill confidence.

If your really interested, rather than telling others how they should run their sale, you should be bidding on the gun.

It's now late on the 24th. This post has been open since the 11th so if asbrown wants to close it, that is his right.

I have been buying and selling firearms online for over 5 years now. I have learned that those who talk the most, bid the least, and complain the loudest. Those who are true buyers follow the item they want religiously to get updates on the bidding. In the end, even though you said you were interested all you actually did was complain AND NO BID WAS MADE. Proving my point.

$1 Bob....
Guess you did not read his post earlier on sunday. High bid is $200. Advice is read the msgs to see where the bidding is at if you want to be taken seriously.

Thanks jdw276. I guess he also wouldn't understand that its annoying to have to answer questions that have been answered in the post. And that the only person who loses in an auction is the seller. All of these guns are selling for less I spent on the parts 10 yrs ago. The only payment for all the time I spent building them is the fun and experience of actually doing it and then shooting them. To me that's what building muzzleloaders is all about. Doing it yourself, the old way ,and being able to say to others, look what I made.
