What is that behind the trigger? How do you pull the trigger?

Appears what ever it is, it would make it difficult to pull the trigger or does the spring move enough.

Thanks

fdf

Its stacked washers on a long screw. Acts as a kind of trigger stop.

How long is the "make me an offer going to last"? i.e.,when is the cut off date going to be so all are on a bidding equal time frame?

Sorry, I hadn't considered that. End of July sound okay for everyone? That gives a little over 2 weeks for everyone to consider their offer, and I'll post some more photos soon.

Thanks, when you post more pictures, can you post some of the front and rear sights please?

One last request, what is the condition of the bore? Any pitting?

Thanks

fdf

Heres front and rear sights. Doesn't appear to have any pitting but bore lite and small bore make it hard to tell. It is shiny down there.

I am going to jump in on this one. I always wanted one of the Blue Grouse actions.
Put me in for 250.00 and I'll pick up the shipping.
That what I paid for the last excellent condition Numrich I bought (in .58 and a heavy octagon barrel)

Different looking without the forearm next to the lock. Then cut out for the nipple

Thanks guys. I thought the stock turned out not so good. I did it from scratch, and the comb is very low. It will need to be redone. This gun is the main reason I decided to offer them all as parts. If anyone wants one of my guns whole I'm glad to ship it whole.

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, new to muzzle loading for that matter. I have not found anything I'm more passionate about since I was an adolescent. I'm not sure how to do this and I hope my questions make sense.
I am very interested in purchasing an underhammer. I would pay $350 if it is in good working condition. I do have some questions: Is the bore in good condition, is it a 1-48 or 1-60 twist? What is the length of pull and the total weight? Can I put a drop-in barrel (50 cal. Green Mountain) in it. The high comb is fine for me but is that a missing bolt/screw where the action meets the barrel? Any history on the muzzleloader would be great.

Thanks, Mike

Thats a bolt that secures the barrel to the lock. Its a .36 Cal so will ba a 1:48 twist or whatever Rice makes in that calibre. Wont be a slow twist.
