So I wanted to make a few changes to make my TC Hawken look a tad better. By the time I was finished all that was left of the original was the lock, trigger, and tang. I installed a 1 in 66 Green Mountain 32 inch barrel. Then all iron furniture from the Hawken shop, on a Pecatonica curly maple stock. I am quite pleased with the results.

Other than bein’ a bit shiny for my tastes looks like ya done good.

Although what you did looks really good....it's no longer a TC Hawken. Reminds me of the time when a guy was showing off his historical tomahawk.....saying it was 200 yrs old and the head and shaft were only replaced 3 times. Enjoy your well done "upgrade".....Fred

Very nice.
Its your rifle done up they way you like.
It doesn't matter whether it's authentic looking or no longer looks like a TC. Go out and have fun with it!

I am in the process of doing this with a TC Renegade. Have the Pecatonica curly maple stock as well. What particular parts set did you use from the Hawken Shop?
The four piece set, its around 57 bucks, give them a call, they will help you out.
