Does anyone have one or any experience with one or company that builds them. Interested in buying one to play with if any good. Thanks for any information.

Not the same. This is an American company. This is a 12 gauge, percussion double, advertise in both wood and synthetic stock. Photos don't look bad.

They show some photos, I'm interested in the Wrath or Bulldog.
12 gauge double, percussion howdah.
Would like to find someone that actually has one and is shooting it. Everything that looks good in photos doesnt always work. I have bought several really good looking totally uselss products over the years.

Their ad or link pop up if you are not logged in. Lost me with the Phillips head screws.

Clicking on Resources and Support at the bottom of their home page brings up links to some reference websites
that includes the muzzleloadingforum.--->>> https://americanguncraft.com/products/

After applying the $25 discount code, these 12 gauge pistols cost 60% of Cabela's $699 price for the 20 ga. Pedersoli Howdah Hunter.

For the effort that goes into one, they could make double barrel long guns and undercut all the Euro makers. The demand for a decent reasonably priced American made side lock rifle would seem within their grasp and with much more interest. Just wonering why they chose to make the model they did instead of something with more appeal.

There's a trend going on in the gun industry to make double barrel howdah type pistols whether they're muzzle loaders or not.
If someone wants an affordable large bore, double barrel smooth bore pistol, there's not many options besides muzzle loaders.
So the manufacturers must be analyzing the current market as being receptive to smooth bore home defense and hunting type pistols by making such guns more affordable, and as a way for them to break into the black powder gun market.
Pedersoli does make the Baker Cavalry side by side 20 ga.shotgun that also has 11" barrels, but Cabela's price is ~$1200 for it.
Many would think that's a lot of extra money to pay for what basically amounts to simply adding a walnut butt stock.
The Baker still has the same short, cylinder choke 20 ga. bores as the Pedersoli Howdah Hunter but costs almost triple the price of these new 12 gauge pistols.
For the most part, they all seem to require 2 hands to fire.

I don't even see anyone importing the Investarms single barrel shotgun.
If anyone was going to make an affordable shotgun, you would think that Traditions would.
But all they offer is a .54 blunderbuss kit, along with their new line of muskets made by Chiappa.

Seems they are trying to appeal to a specific market. From their web page.

“Perfect for home and auto defense and offers the best close quarters deploy-ability of any shotgun. The Diablo 12 with its 6” barrels is your legal-to-own answer for the modern sawed-off double barrel shotgun.”

They only person I knew that bought a Howdah, was a guy who had beaten up to many girlfriends and was barred by law from owning a centerfire gun. problem was that in PA, such convictions bar him from having any firearm even a muzzleloader. As soon as he was off probation for the illegal possession charge, he moved to Virginia. They must appeal to those who are legally barred from having centerfire guns for self defense. It isn't very traditional with that funky lock plate. I suppose their is a certain "Hey Bubba watch this" appeal.

I'm interested in the percussion Howdah and not as a self-defense gun. Have a Glock in 45 for that, have a concealed carry permit. I want a Howdah to play with around home. Just not interested in paying over $500 for something that may live in my shop. The 12 gauge with a load of rice or sand is great for wood bees or rats
