Dave Keck is very very responsive, and works ALL the time. Just give him a little rope on the call backs. I think he does most all of the work himself. He also doesn't try to snow you regarding delivery time. If he says 4 months, he'll probably get it to you in 3

Yes, he has been very good on past orders.
