Had seen this YT video several months ago and finally found it again. What struck me as unique was that the ram rod was worn on the sling of the cartridge box (aka shooting/possible bag). There was a ring that it went through with apparently a leather loop that 2 small rings to hold them on. Anyone seen such an arrangement before?

The HCPC Police probably gonna have the vapors over this but seems an imminently practical manner to keep a ram rod handy at a range.
