TVM Virginia Help

if i got one in a 40 i would get a 38in. straight barrel 3/4 cross the flats. i have a custom SMR 40 3/4 42in. it balances good but a 38 in. would be perfect. the most accurate rifle i have or have had is a TVM. it is my southern 54, this 3 shot group was shot 50yds. offhand, it is a tack driver off the bench as well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I currently own five TVM flintlocks; left hand, differing styles and calibers. All are excellent rifles, due to the custom fit and balance that TVM can achieve. Ash is what I thought. Some wave and curl on forestock. The growth ring darker . I cut many board feet of it last fall
