This is a pouch I made as a first place prize for the 19th Annual Shandaken Primitive Biathlon, a fun winter event in my area where contestants of different age groups compete using snowshoes and black powder guns,in the Catskill Mountains of New York. (more info here: http://www.shandakenprimitivebiathlon.net/)

The body of the pouch is made from cowhide, calf hair hide, and pig hide.

Happy New Year!

For light colored fabric like this I use a very thin layer of white Elmer's glue.
