Help Identifying This Shotgun

My brother was given this smoothbore after completing a job for a client. He knows my love for everything black power and gave it to me when he moved. It's in slightly rough shape and I. Having trouble identifying the make/model
It has a "B & W.C Biddle Phila Lock and the barrel has either ELG or EIG makers mark along with a stamped 32. The top of the barrel says "fine twist". Those are the only markings on the entire piece. It has a slightly stamped ornate trigger guard as seen in the pictures. Any help identifying this piece is greatly appreciated!!

The ELG and star is the Belgian black powder proof. I'd like to see the muzzle as a 32 bore is between .52 and .53 caliber.

A nice Belgian shotgun and it looks like it may be a good shooter too. I believe you'll find the name on the lock plate is that of a hardware store or a sporting goods store stateside who would have been the importer and retailer.
