Where is the cheapest place to order Swiss? Does blackpowder cost more to ship than smokeless, as far as hazmat? Seems like the last time I ordered smokeless, it was $25 hazmat. I saw where a couple of vendors I was looking at charge $48 hazmat.

The hazmat fee is the same Graf was shipping without a hazmat fee but not sure if that offer has expired but you should chcek
