    to this day I have yet to dry ball a frontstuffer(Knock on wood) but I have shot a ramrod or two downrange :shake: but even so I would say dryballing happens more often.

    Homemade overshot cards

    In my 28 ga I use cereal boxes for overshot cards and heavier packing slip carboard for over powder wads with a wad made of leather scrap glued on to it. they work amazingly well and the scap i use is too small to be used for anything else.

    how smooth??

    my 12ga is mirror smooth. my 28ga isn't even close it shows a lot of reaming marks. I haven't shot the 12, the 28 shoots good enough that rabbits don't like it.
