    I have an early ph " muskatoon" my standard load is 60 gr swiss 1.5 or 68 gr O.E. 1f, these provide the best performance in my particular rifle, i shoot lyman 575213, if i grease the grooves it shoots terriable, if i fill the base and nothing in grooves its good to 50 yrd or so, i like the ease...
