    Well I suck at updating this thread. Progress has been made. Everything has been filed, sanded, inlaid, scraped, drilled and taped. I have a nice Shiney lock and barrel. The only setback is somewhere along the way I misplaced the rear sight. I have put off ordering one in the hopes of finding...

    You bet, it is drilled and ready. Now, I have smoked through pipe hawks, well they don't generally due justice to the tobaccos flavor. Personally I stick to clay or burl for smoking.

    I make pucker toe mocks from old blankets. A out sole added. Takes about an hour to make a pair, and they last a month or two in the house Even added a leather sole to a pair
