Defarbing a TC or the like
If you peen with punches, if you have a belt sander or even lay some sand paper/emery cloth on a flat surface and put a radius on those punches (convex radius) so the edges of the punch do not leave sharp indentations. Old Sturbridge Village Firearms/Militia Exhibit
Thanks for posting those photos. Great pics. I am in Eastern MA and its been 30 years since I have been there. Need to get out there and check it out.
