I have used Jedediah Starr for a number of things and have always had a good experience. In one case I ordered several Treso nipples in different sizes; when they arrived I found one set of 6 was the wrong size. The package was mismarked - it was marked as the size I ordered but the nipples were a different size. I called and suggested they might have other packages that were mismarked, and to ask if they'd send the correct size. I offered to send back the mismarked nipples, and he asked if I could use them. I said yes, and he said just to keep them and he'd send the proper size immediately. I ended up with 6 free Treso nipples
