Negative aspects of the product (cons): Need to talk to them about gift certs. They sell a silver "token" that would be great for shopping in-person but lacks convenience in mail/net orders. Negative aspects of the product (cons): Their shop isn't close enough to where I live. Whenever I happen to be in N.E. Ohio I make a point of stopping at the Log Cabin shop. My friends joke that you can put the phone down after ordering and walk to the door and the UPS man is there. These folks know more about our hobby than anyone I've ever encountered - but, they don't scare away new folks, either. Also - they have an awesome museum at their store! If possible go to Log Cabin Shop in person....plan to spend some time, too.
