Excellent quality & fit

Negative aspects of the product (cons):

Hard to get ahold of at times

I have both their cocked (tricorn) and "longhunter" (round) hats. If you send them a tracing as they suggest, you get a custom fit. Excellent quality but you may have to wait - it's a "mom & pop" business.

None that I can think of

I wanted a round hat with a cut-down brim as ordered during the Niagara campaign of 1759. The people at Clearwater worked very hard to get exactly the right look. I couldn't have been happier with the results.
